Understanding and Making a Tunisian Crochet Cable
Never be intimidated by cables again! Tunisian crochet cables are similar to knitting cables, but are a bit more deconstructed and use 2 cable stitch holders instead of one. I find this helps to understand the mechanics of the cable better than knitting cables. And I hope you do too!
In this step-by-step video, you'll learn how to work a Tunisian Crochet knit stitch cable. In addition to your yarn and tunisian crochet hook, you'll need 2 small knitting needles or cable needles to hold your stitches.

Decrease on both sides to make a square, if you decrease on only one side you will get more length to make a rectangle

I don’t like leaving negative comments on videos, and I never do. However, after trying this pattern for about an hour, I want to save others the trouble. I first tried the written pattern on the blog, and quickly found it not to be working up correctly. I found the video when looking for clarification on the written pattern. I found both the written pattern and the video to be clear as mud. I highly suggest finding a different pattern, especially if you are new to crochet. If you are a little more seasoned, I think creating your own pattern would be much easier than following this one. The hearts are super cute. I hope you consider revising your pattern and/or video to be a little more clear.
